The bride wore Dior.
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce tied the knot at Madison Square Garden, surrounded by 1,000 of their friends and family, on July 3, with both bride and groom fashioned in custom Christian Dior Haute Couture by Jonathan Anderson.
It marks Andersonās first couture wedding dress for a celebrity, and the designer spoke for the first time about the experience Monday.
āIt was a joy to work with her. We became very good friends,ā Anderson told WWD after unveiling his second couture collection for the house āĀ which included a decidedly Swiftian bridal gown.
He added, āItās an emotional thing doing someoneās wedding.ā
Though images have yet to be released of the look itself, the speculation alone is driving fans wild.
While there were certainly many designers in the running for the custom look, it was Diorās newly-appointed Creative Director who nabbed the gig.
The 41-year-old designer secretly crafted the looks in Paris, as confirmed by a statement from the brand that added he worked āin close collaboration with the couple.ā
As Swift is the Easter egg queen, she did spend the lead-up to her wedding dropping hints of who her chosen designer might be, carrying everything from the brandās Cigale bag to a Knicks game in May to their bright yellow Lady Dior back in April.
For now, weāll have to wait until official wedding night photos are released ā Swift surely has them under lock-and-key.
