He wants out.

Jaime King’s estranged husband, Austin Sosa, filed court documents to speed up his divorce proceedings from the actress.

According to docs obtained by Page Six, the investor filed a Declaration for Default or Uncontested Dissolution to quickly finalize their divorce without a trial.

In the June 22 filing, Sosa stated that he and the “White Chicks” actress have “no assets or debts to be disposed of by the court.”

He also checked off the box stating that he knowingly gives up any right to receive spousal or partner support.

Page Six reached out to both King and Sosa but did not immediately hear back.

In January, Sosa filed for divorce from the “Hart of Dixie” alum after she was seen getting cozy with hotelier Vikram Chatwal.

King exclusively told Page Six that she was caught completely off guard by Sosa filing for divorce.

“I was completely blindsided by the divorce filing, which came out of nowhere,” the “Sin City” star told us in January.

“I was with Austin the night before it became public, and while like many marriages we had normal challenges, I genuinely believed we were working on our relationship,” she added.

King also denied that anything romantic was going on between her and Chatwal.

“Any recent interactions being referenced publicly were strictly professional business meetings and have no connection to this private matter,” she told us.

Sosa and King kept their secret marriage under wraps. However, Page Six exclusively reported that the pair wed in April 2025.

In the divorce filing, Sosa listed their date of separation as Nov. 11, 2025, and cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.

King shares sons James, 12, and Leo, 10, with her ex-husband, Kyle Newman, whom the actress was married to from 2007 to 2023.

The exes had contentious divorce proceedings, with King accusing the filmmaker of abuse.

Newman denied her allegations and claimed the “Pearl Harbor” star was a “chronic drug addict and alcoholic” who would allegedly be “strung out” and “drunk” while the kids were in her care.

Newman and King settled their split in September 2023.

The following month, the “My Bloody Valentine 3D” actress lost physical custody of the boys after failing to complete a drug and alcohol rehab program.
