Mark-Paul Gosselaar stunned fans when he showed off his shredded physique last week.
The āSaved by the Bellā alum, 52, made a surprise appearance at the 2026 Bell Media Upfronts in Toronto, Canada, to promote his new show, āBulges.ā Gosselaar took to the stage in a tight-fitting cropped white tank-top bearing the name of his new show, short blue shorts and knee-high striped socks.
The father of fourās toned abs were on full display in the outfit, as well as his bulging biceps and muscular legs.
Gosselaar, who was clearly having fun in his revealing get-up, playfully danced and blew kisses to the crowd while on stage.
A TikTok user who posted Gosselaarās appearance joked, āok zack morris I didnāt know you played like that,ā referencing his iconic āSaved by the Bellā character.
āBulgesā is a Canadian comedy about āthe eccentric staff at an iconic, once-thriving all-male restaurant in Niagara Falls,ā according to its logline. Itās described as āif Hooters were designed for women.ā The official release date of the show hasnāt been announced yet.
Gosselaar has been a long-time practicer of Jiu-Jitsu. Last January, he talked about maintaining his impressive physique during his appearance on āThe Sackhoff Showā podcast, sharing that he prioritized sleeping well and nutrition.
āI donāt eat as much as I used to,ā he said. āIāve gotten to the point where I just eat really good foods when I want to and I donāt feel so, āoh my gosh, I didnāt get my protein in after my workout.āā
He also said he does cold plunging to bring down inflammation after exercising, and is adamant about going in the sauna every night before he goes to bed.
Gosselaar has been married to his wife, Catriona McGinn, since July 2012. They share two kids together: Dekker, 12, and Lachlyn, 9. He also shares two kids with his ex-wife, Lisa Ann Russell: Michael, 22, and Ava, 20.

Gosselaar told us he felt bad for ā90s stars who were allegedly mistreated when they were kids, which was detailed in the explosive docuseries āQuiet on Set.ā
āI couldnāt relate because thatās not how our set was run at all,ā he said.
āAs a cast, I think weāre all pretty unscathed in a way,ā he added, referring to his co-stars Mario Lopez, Elizabeth Berkley Lark Voorhies, Tiffani Thiessen and the late Dustin Diamond. āWe had good family, good producers protecting us, good teachers, so I feel awful that anyone had to go through that, especially children.ā
