Isla Fisher and Emmanuelle Chriqui continuously prove that age is nothing but a number as the bombshell beauties at 50 enjoyed a special occasion overseas.
The duo touched down in Tuscany, Italy to support their friends Stefan and Micah as they tied the knot with a romantic and real backdrop.
The two were all smiles as they posed for selfies in an elegant garden in the countryside.
Isla donned an elegant ankle-length navy blue dress with white polka dots, as Emmanuelle sported a long beige dress with a corseted waist.
An eventful weekend
Isla captioned her sweet carousel: “The wedding of the century,” as Emmanuelle wrote: “Under the Tuscan sun.. breathtaking is an understatement..witnessing two of my favorite people getting married in the most special place was simply incredible. Mazal Tov to the newlyweds @micahmarcus & @fiorstefan – a weekend to remember.”
During the relaxing trip, Isla made sure to get in some downtime. She rocked a blue bikini and black sunglasses while reading a book under the shade on a lounge chair, as her overlaid text comically read: “Gingers stay under the umbrella.”
Over the celebratory weekend, Isla donned a plethora of looks including an orange floor-length dress with sultry cutouts at the waist, a dress with yellow and white stripes and florals, as well as a long dress with abstract illustrations all throughout.
Meanwhile, Emmanuelle sported an oversized gray blazer and gold hoops, as well as a strapless white satin gown.
Emmanuelle cheered Isla on in the comments writing: “Such great pics!! You captured the magic.. lovely to see you beautiful.” Jessica Alba lovingly put three heart-eyed emojis.
The duo’s take on style and beauty
When it comes to style for Isla, it’s less is more as they say. She joked to People: “I’m basically the laziest person in beauty that you’ll ever meet.”
The movie star explained: “I’m always really optimistic about my mornings: ‘I’m going to get so much done. I’m going to give myself a blowout. I’m going to pick the cutest outfit.’ And the truth is, I have in the end, like two minutes. I get out of the shower, I put my hair in a bun, and I put on my IT Cosmetics.”
Isla effortlessly loves the skin she’s in and she wears her confidence as her outfit.
She added: “I do think that’s what’s changing as a woman, we’re now able to question the rules. It’s not that I’m less visible as I’m older. I don’t want to be compared to anyone anymore.”
The entertainer concluded: “I’ve stopped chasing approval and started being proud. I’m much more calm. I’m so much happier in my own skin now, and I’m not willing to perform in the same way.”
As for Emmanuelle’s beauty routine, she’s a minimalist as well.
She shared with The Glow Memo: “I’m really simple. I clean my face every night, every morning, eye cream, a little zit cream sometimes, the [facial] mist, and that’s it.”
