How Jacob Elordi fits in with Kendall Jenner’s friends as they navigate budding romance

Things are continuing to heat up between Kendall Jenner and Jacob Elordi.

“One of the biggest things for Kendall when she dates someone is how they fit in with the people closest to her because her friends and inner circle really mean everything to her,” a source exclusively told Page Six.

The supermodel, 30, has been bringing the Oscar nominee, 28, “around a lot more with her close friends, Kylie [Jenner], the people she spends the most time with and everyone genuinely likes him.”

Kendall and her younger sister, Kylie, were recently spotted on a double date with Elordi and Timothée Chalamet in Los Angeles on May 16.

In photos obtained by Page Six, Elordi appeared to be driving with Kendall in the front seat of a car, while Kylie and Chalamet — who have been dating since 2023 — sat in the backseat with the group’s friend, Renell Medrano.

Kendall and Elordi were also spotted on a double date as they dined at Little Mountain in Montecito on Saturday.

Their outing came days after the duo was pictured on a beach date in Hawaii sharing a bottle of wine in the sand.

“They’ve all hung out a bunch of times and everybody gets along really well so it’s made them even closer,” the source said.

According to the insider, Elordi is “super easy going and down to earth, he goes with the flow and pretty much gets along with everybody so it’s never felt forced or awkward at all.”

The “Kardashians” star and the “Frankenstein” actor are “not rushing to label anything or call each other boyfriend/girlfriend yet, but neither of them are seeing anybody else but it definitely seems like it’s heading in that direction.”

Reps for Kendall and Elordi did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

As previously reported, Kendall was “a little hesitant at first” of striking up a romance with Elordi “because of the friendship” a source told Page Six at the time.

“They’ve known each other forever and run in the same circles,” the insider said, noting that while the two have been around each other for years, their dynamic has “definitely shifted” recently.

“They’ve actually been spending time together for a couple months now, just keeping it quiet,” the source explained. “They’ve just been hanging out more and seeing where it goes.”

According to the insider, the reality star approached the connection cautiously.

“Kendall’s really private so she’s taking it slow,” the source said. “She’s not the type to jump into something, especially with someone she’s been friends with.”

Kendall has previously been linked to NBA star Devin Booker, Bad Bunny and Harry Styles, while Elordi’s past relationships include Olivia Jade and Kaia Gerber.
