Collin Gosselin said it “hurts” watching his sister Hannah mend her relationship with their mom, Kate Gosselin.
“I think Hannah is very sentimental and reminiscent, in a way, and I think she wants to still have a piece of that family,” Collin said in a resurfaced interview from last year.
“And I even look back at it like this — during my parents’ divorce Hannah was always so much closer with my dad,” he added, referring to his father, Jon Gosselin.
“But now that I look at it I don’t think that it was that she was closer with my dad, I think she just wanted both parents in her life. And it makes a lot of sense and that literally is normal — that’s a normal thing kids want that.”
Exes Jon, 49, and Kate, 51, share eight children: sextuplets Collin, Hannah, Alexis, Leah, Joel and Aiden, all 22, and twins Mady and Cara, both 25.
Both Collin and Hannah reside with their father and his wife, Stephanie Lebo, while the rest of their siblings live with their mom.
“Now that she’s with my dad and she knows that my dad loves her and he’s never gonna leave her or throw her out on a limb or anything like that, I think she wants to now fix that relationship with my mom,” Collin claimed in the interview.
“What hurts me on that is that Hannah wants to fix the relationship with my mom — Hannah wants to get into the emotional and the feelings part of it because she cares about people,” he revealed.
“For my mom, it’s going on social media. It’s going on TikTok and saying, ‘Oh, hi, just talked to Hannah today.’ So for Hannah, it’s a relationship, and for my mom, it’s a PR stunt and that’s what really hurts me.”
Page Six has reached out to Kate about Collin’s claims but did not immediately hear back.
Collin is gearing up to release his bombshell memoir, “In the Shadow of Eight: Surviving the Reality of My Childhood.”
The author — who has accused Kate of severe child abuse, child exploitation, and emotional abuse — will expose “the shocking facade of his picture-perfect family,” per the description. (Kate has denied her son’s claims.)
It also promises to share the “never-before-told story of how [Collin] escaped and found his way back from the dark.”
A source told the Daily Mail that Kate is “spiraling” ahead of the memoir’s release because she “knows it’s about to hit the fan.”
Collin and his family were made famous when they starred on TLC’s reality series “Jon & Kate Plus 8,” which ran for five seasons from 2007 to 2017.
The exes finalized their divorce in December 2009 after 10 years of marriage.
