Heather, whose role in season four is yet to be revealed, recently opened up about the tips and tricks she employs to maintain her svelte bikini body. âI get a lot of sleep. Sometimes people make fun of me â I can get 10 hours, sometimes 11. I love sleeping,â she told Us Weekly.
âWhen Iâm really stressed, Iâll go to yoga, and itâs so cathartic. I have this one really sweaty class I go to, and when itâs over, all my worries and stress â I just let it go. Thatâs amazing.â
The 56-year-old added that her eating habits had vastly improved since her 20s, when she would often skip meals in favor of a sweet treat. âThis is terrible, but I would be like, âI donât want to eat dinner. Iâm gonna go to the grocery store and buy, like, eight candy bars or a pint of ice cream. And then Iâd be like, okay, that was bad. So now Iâm just not gonna eat any regular food,â she told the outlet.
As for how she looks so youthful in her 50s, Heather shared that she had never gone under the knife and instead preferred less invasive beauty treatments like laser therapy. âIâve never had an actual operation where theyâre cutting my face open,â she said. âBut Iâve tried microneedling, BotoxâŠand a bunch of lasery things.â
âI feel like some people get facelifts and they just kind of end up looking likeâŠI mean, there are people that get it, and itâs good. But I just donât want to be one of those people that got it and look freaky.â
