Claudia Oshry has had a transformative few years from building her career as an influencer, to her highly publicized weight loss journey, to becoming a first time mom.
The 31-year-old behind the viral Girl With No Job persona calls motherhood her most important gig yet, and is opening up about the realities of post-baby wellness.
Claudia â who welcomed her baby boy with her husband, Ben Soffer, in May 2025 Â â previously shed 70lbs with the help of GLP-1s, such as Ozempic and Weygovy.Â
At the time, she spoke openly about the medication being a âtoolâ that allowed her to take control of her health and establish a consistent workout routine for the first time in her life.
While she stopped taking the weight loss drug while pregnant and breast feeding in the months which followed his birth, she has now returned to the medicationÂ
She confirmed to Newbeauty.com: âItâs like riding a bike. You never forget how it feels to feel good. Iâm kind of obsessed with feeling good, especially now that my days are longer with work and being a mom. I donât want to get into bed every night feeling so tired â I still want time to go out to dinner and read a book and not feel so foggy. So, Iâm back on the GLP-1.â
Claudia said it was always the plan to return to the drug and knowing it was waiting for her helped her to focus on being a present first time parent.
Sheâs also has a new partnership with Dulcolax and in photos promoting the Daily Gut Support Gummies sheâs oozing confidence.
The star insists weight loss medication has helped her feel that way, and while itâs just a part of her wellness routine, Claudia is thankful for what itâs done for her.Â
âThere were times where I used to look in the mirror and literally hate my body,â she told People. âAnd now I look at it and I just feel really proud. Iâve done a lot and I donât feel so critical of myself anymore. Obviously, I have my moments, I canât lie, but for the most part, I feel really well.â
Claudia also blocks out criticism from people who are against the popular medication and says: âI feel like itâs popular to hate it. Sorry, thatâs never gonna be me because I have such a positive, life-changing experience with it.â
