Model Brooks Nader proved her beach babe status as she shared a series of photos taken on vacation in the Mediterranean, while on a break from filming the upcoming Baywatch reboot series.
The 29-year-old showcased her enviable figure while standing on the deck of a boat in a black one-piece swimsuit, featuring spaghetti straps, a scoop neckline, high-cut legs and cutouts on the back.
Brooks wore oversized black sunglasses in the shot and pulled her blonde locks out of her face. She then snapped a photo in the sultry getup while leaning back against the railing of the boat, her hair flowing down her back in beachy waves.
The star also donned a striking blue and white polka-dot swimsuit during her vacation, complete with high-cut bottoms and a halter neck. “Love Thy Summer,” she captioned the carousel, as her friends and family rushed to the comment section to share the love.
“Lost for words,” wrote Love Island and The Traitors star Maura Higgins, while Brooks’ sister Grace Ann chimed in: “Yes indeeeeed [sic],” and her other sister, Mary Holland, added: “Goddess.”
Baywatch babe
Brooks will star in the Baywatch reboot as Selene, the “sharp-tongued Captain of the Zuma Beach lifeguards,” as per the show’s synopsis. “While [Selene] is excellent at her job, she and Baywatch Captain Hobie Buchannon have a very different approach to saving lives that is a constant source of friction,” it read.
“Never on good terms, their relationship only goes downhill after Hobie brings his daughter Charlie onto his team…and it becomes clear that their rivalry goes much deeper than lifeguarding.”
Brooks’ new era
The model shared how her life had changed since landing the major role, revealing that the experience had been “amazing”.
“I’m eating a lot healthier, and I’m not partying as much, which, you know me, that’s pretty hard,” she told Us Weekly. “But I’m doing it, and I’m working out a lot and taking care of my mind, body, that whole situation. So, it’s a new era, a good one.”
“It’s been amazing. It’s a pinch-me moment, for sure,” she added. “Every time I put on [the famous red swimsuit] every single day, even if it’s 4 a.m., I still well up a little, and I’m like, ‘Let’s do this!'”
On the job
Training for her role as Selene was not easy, and came with a sense of responsibility to those watching the show, as Brooks told People. “We did three or four weeks of lifeguard training, swim training,” she explained.
“You have to because one of the founders of Baywatch, the franchise, told us day one when we were learning CPR. He was like, ‘Actually pay attention to the skill of CPR and how you actually administer it because we’ve had hundreds of letters a day sent to the Baywatch franchise from people all over the world saying, ‘I saved my daughter’s life because I watched Baywatch and I learned CPR.'”
“I felt a responsibility to take the training seriously because you really don’t know who you could be saving that’s watching at home,” she added. The reboot also stars Stephen Amell, Jessica Belkin, Shay Mitchell, Livvy Dunne, Ashley Moore and Thaddeus LaGrone.
