Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce will soon be husband and wife and will need somewhere to call ‘home’ after their reported July 3 wedding.
The couple each owns multiple properties, although Taylor’s real estate portfolio is far superior to her soon-to-be husband’s.
Combined, Taylor and Travis have an impressive property portfolio worth a staggering $157 million – only $7 million of which belongs to the Kansas City Chiefs star.
The big question now is whether the couple will turn one of their abodes into their first marital home or splash more cash on a new luxurious space they can turn into their ‘forever home’ together.

Last August, it was reported that Taylor and Travis were house hunting in Chagrin Falls, a quaint village near the NFL star’s hometown of Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
But there is also the possibility that they could split their time between Travis’ mansion in Leawood, Kansas, especially during the NFL season, and Taylor’s New York City penthouses.

Travis dropped a reported $6 million on his 17,000-square-foot estate in Leawood, Kansas, in November 2023, which sits in a gated community offering all the privacy he and Taylor could need.
The French Regency–style home is tucked away on 3.5 acres at the end of a cul-de-sac and boasts six bedrooms and six bathrooms with a “Beverly Hills-style” pool area featuring a hot tub, an expansive patio, an outdoor kitchen, and a waterfall.
Outside, there is also a lighted tennis/pickleball court, a mini golf course with a practice green, bridges, winding paths, and a gazebo.
Inside is just as exquisite, with multiple entertaining areas, including a two-level movie theatre and a library, and a high-end chef’s kitchen, complete with Caesarstone quartz countertops, Grabill custom cabinets, and state-of-the-art appliances. The lower level offers a spectacular wine cellar, a gym with a sauna, a club room with a full bar and kitchen, and a fully equipped six-car garage.
The property also played an important role in the couple’s love story as it is where Travis proposed to Taylor in August 2025. He got down on one knee in the sprawling garden, which had been decorated with pink roses and greenery.
“I’m an emotional guy… It’s been an exciting ride, and I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with her,” he said after the proposal.
Before Travis upgraded, he lived in a custom-designed, seven-bedroom property in Kansas City’s Briarcliff West neighborhood, which he bought for $995,000 in 2019 and still owns today. It is now estimated to be worth just over $1 million.
The home underwent a massive renovation in 2007, with upgrades to the entire main floor and upper level. It boasts 10,000 square feet of living space alongside five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a recreation room, a gym, and wine storage with a built-in bar.
There is also an outside dining space, a large swimming pool and gazebo, a private balcony, and breathtaking views.
In May 2019, Travis, his brother and former NFL player Jason Kelce, and their mom, Donna, bought a modest condo in Orlando, Florida, for $355,000.
The 1,434-square-foot home, which Donna is said to live in, features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. While there appear to be no photos inside the property, the exterior boasts a wraparound balcony with tranquil views.

Taylor became a billionaire at age 33, but in 2026, her net worth doubled to $2 billion, making her the richest female musician in the world. She has wisely invested her money in real estate with properties in New York, Nashville, and Los Angeles, to name a few.
When Taylor was 14, she and her family moved to Hendersonville, Tennessee, to support her music career and bought a 6,800-square-foot, four-bedroom, five-bathroom waterfront home along the Cumberland River for $790,000, which is still owned by the family today.

Taylor bought her first home at 20 in the center of Nashville’s Music Row for $1.99 million. The 3,240-square-foot condo in the upscale Adelicia building overlooks the city and was ideally situated for her to establish her music career.
Alongside three bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, the space boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony offering panoramic views. Taylorreportedly designed the home to feel “whimsically girlie” with a vintage Alice in Wonderland feel, which she revealed in an interview with ABC‘s Katie Couric in 2012.

The home has been the setting for several of Taylor’s parties with her famous friends, as well as those now-infamous photos of her ex-boyfriend Tom Hiddleston wearing an ‘I heart T.S.’ vest as they celebrated Independence Day in 2016.

The home’s views are a real spectacle, reaching out 700m from the shoreline. The property also features seven bedrooms, eight fireplaces, and a stunning swimming pool.
According to a permit acquired by The Providence Journal, Taylor has added a whole new wing to her holiday home, including extra bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a kitchen renovation, with the work estimated to cost up to $1.7 million.
Taylor dropped a whopping $25 million in 2015 to own the historic Samuel Goldwyn Mansion in Beverly Hills, which boasts seven bedrooms and six bathrooms.
Taylor’s Beverly Hills home is now a historic landmark
In honor of the film producer’s award-winning career, Taylor restored the property to its original 1934 condition and successfully petitioned the Beverly Hills City Council in 2017 to designate the home as a historic city landmark, meaning it can never be significantly changed or demolished.

New York City penthouses
Taylor spends much of her time in New York and bought two penthouses from Lord of the Rings director Peter Jackson in the star-studded neighborhood of Tribeca for $19.95 million in 2014.
The savvy star combined the two properties, creating one huge penthouse with 8,309 square feet of living space, 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a billiards room, and a stunning sweeping staircase.
In 2017, she added to her impressive Manhattan real estate portfolio by purchasing a 3,500-square-foot, three-bedroom loft in the same building for $9.75 million.
That same year, she added a three-story $18 million Tribeca townhouse to her portfolio, and it is the epitome of luxury with four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a gym, a spa with a steam bath, radiant-heated limestone floors, a home theatre, a guest suite, and a roof terrace.
