Ryan Seacrest sparked fresh health concerns following his appearance at a charity event this past weekend.
The âWheel of Fortuneâ host, 51, worried some fans after taking to Instagram to share a series of snaps from this yearâs Taste for a Cure fundraiser in Los Angeles on May 1.
âHonored to have hosted for the third time at last nightâs Taste for a Cure Event benefiting life-sustaining research at [UCLA Jonsson Cancer Center],â he wrote alongside six photos from the gala, including two with CBS president George Cheeks.
The longtime âAmerican Idolâ hostâs followers rushed to the comments section of his post to share their thoughts about Seacrestâs look.
âRyan, your fans are worried about your appearance,â one person wrote. âYou have lost your spark with the extensive weight loss.â
âLove you Ryan but please gain some weight back,â added another.
âLooks sickly,â commented a third, while a fourth said that Seacrest looked âscary.â
Other fans rushed to the Emmy winnerâs Instagram to gush over his âamazingâ and âbeautifulâ appearance.
âLooking good sir!â one follower wrote.
âYou look fabulous as always!â added another.
âSorry, not sorryâŠyou look yummy & your kindness towards others is beyond sexy!â commented a third.
Meanwhile, a source close to Seacrest told Page Six that he is âdoing and looking fantasticâ and that âany stories saying otherwise are false.â
âHeâs been shooting his various shows in LA and coming up has the live three-hour finale of âAmerican Idolâ this coming Monday,â the insider added.
Fans first expressed concerns about Seacrestâs health after he appeared âfrailâ and âgauntâ in a series of Instagram snaps in July 2025.
The concerns continued earlier this year after fans claimed he looked and sounded different while hosting âWheel of Fortune.â
âRyan Seacrest looks like an entirely different human,â one person wrote alongside a clip of Seacrest and Vanna White from January.
âIt doesnât even sound like Ryan never mind not looking like him,â agreed another.
The multi-hyphenate addressed his slimmer appearance shortly before turning 50 in December 2024.
âIâm doing everything I can to feel like Iâm not 50,â he told âEntertainment Tonightâ at the time. âAnything I can do to make myself feel 29 again.â
Seacrest added that he was âover-exercising, eating better [and] over-training,â as well as focusing on âlots of muscle recovery, cold plunging and steaming.â
He then turned heads in November 2025 after showing off his âshreddedâ physique in a workout video.
âThe trick is to wear a t-shirt two sizes too small,â Seacrest joked in the caption of the impressive clip.
