Ray J got brutally knocked out during his celebrity MMA match Saturday, amid his claim that he only has months to live.
The singer, 45, faced YouTuber Supa Hot Fire at livestreamer Adin Rossâ UFC Apex event in Las Vegas. The fight was ended quickly in the second round when Supa Hot Fire, 35, delivered a knockout blow to the âOne Wishâ singer.
After the punch, Ray J was visibly stunned and fell against the ropes and onto the ground. Although he was able to get back up, he had to sit down again on a stool, which is when the referee ended the match.
When Ray J and Supa Hot Fire were interviewed post-fight, Ray J suggested the match was supposed to be rigged, but Supa Hot Fire didnât follow the plan.
âDamn bro ⊠like that? For real ⊠thatâs janky as fâk,â Ray J told his opponent, seemingly in disbelief. âI donât want to say too much because I donât want to get nobody in trouble, but damn ⊠we took an L tonight.â
Ray J heatedly continued, âYou know how much money we lost? Wow ⊠wow.â
In January, the âSexy Can Iâ singer alarmed his fans when he claimed he didnât have much longer to live.
â2027 is definitely a wrap for me,â he said in a video clip shared to social media. âThatâs what they say.â
âI shouldnât have went this hard, bro,â he continued, adding, âMy baby mama [estranged wife Princess Love] gonna be straight, my kids gonna be straight, if they wanna spend all the money, they can spend it. I did my part here.â
âAnd damn, when itâs all done, burn me, donât bury me,â he directed.
Later that month, Ray J told TMZ that doctors had advised he remain on bedrest taking Jardiance and Entresto â medications for people at high risk of heart failure â and the cholesterol medication Lipitor, among others.
He also said he was considering traveling to Haiti for treatment.
The younger brother of singer Brandy is no stranger to alarming claims.
Last month, the father of two claimed heâs slept with over 12,500 different women â sometimes five to 10 women a day while on tour â during his appearance on Cam Newtonâs âFunky Fridayâ podcast.
But he noted that now that heâs older, he has a limit.
âI can only fâk a thousand more bâches,â he added. âI canât do any more.â
