Mick Jagger, 82, is one lucky man. The Rolling Stones legend has married twice before and is now engaged to Melanie Hamrick, 38. While the couple has been engaged for some three or four years, the pair have kept their wedding plans rather private.
Melanie, who danced with the American Ballet Theatre for fifteen years before retiring in 2019, attended the Stars of Today Meet the Stars of Tomorrow Gala at Lincoln Center on Thursday, April 16, 2026.
When she was asked by HELLO! if the Rolling Stones would perform at her and Mick’s wedding, she had an unexpected reaction. Through laughs, which you can see in the video above, the former ballerina responded: “Whose wedding?”
Melanie didn’t share any more information about her nuptials, noting that all the decisions would “be determined” later. While this will be Melanie’s first time down the aisle, Mick has been married once before. The rock star tied the knot with Bianca Pérez-Mora Macias in 1971, the couple divorcing seven years later.
Mick went on to date several women including Chrissie Shrimpton, Marianne Faithfull, Jerry Hall, and L’Wren Scott before meeting Melanie backstage at a Rolling Stones concert in Tokyo in 2014.

“I don’t think I’m famous,” Melanie confessed. “So I don’t think so…he wouldn’t know.”
