Kylie Jenner recalled the moment she had to tell her parents she was pregnant with her first child at age 19.
Speaking to Jake Shane on Wednesdayâs episode of âTherapuss,â she reflected on becoming a mom as a teenager.
âI was 19 when I got pregnant,â she told Shane. âI was freaking out. Yeah, I was freaking out. I was really scared to tell my parents.
âAnd it was â I was really scared. But there was something just inside of me that knew that I wanted to do this, and I had to make a decision for myself: What do I really want? What can I handle? And even if I have to do this alone, or however, this is the choice that Iâm going to make.
âAnd then I told my mom. No one was angry at me. It was a crazy time,â she revealed of her familyâs reaction, especially mom Kris Jenner and dad Caitlyn Jenner.
Kylie, now 28, welcomed her first child, Stormi, with ex Travis Scott in 2018. At the time, the Kylie Cosmetics founder had kept a low profile, staying inside her home for several months.
She later welcomed her son, Aire, with Scott in 2022 and kept a similarly low profile.
During the podcast episode, Kylie talked about the health issues she developed while pregnant, noting she struggled more during her second pregnancy.
âI have had chronic back pain for three and a half years. Itâs just starting to get better. But my son, my last pregnancy, it really took me out,â she said.
The âKeeping Up With the Kardashiansâ alum went on to explain that 12 weeks into her pregnancy, she couldnât âreally walkâ and had âsciatica pain and crazy lower back pain.â
âI was in the best shape of my life for that pregnancy. So I really had high expectations. I really wanted to work out,â she said, adding that she had gained 60 pounds with Stormi and 65 with Aire.
Kylie also revealed that her first pregnancy was much easier because she was âthree centimeters dilated for two monthsâ during her second.
âThe baby was falling out,â she described.
Kylie is now in a relationship with Timothée Chalamet, 30, whom she has been dating since 2023.
During an interview with Vanity Fair, she shared her ideal timeline for having more children.
âIn the last years of my 20s, I want to focus on just me, my businesses, my work, traveling with my kids [and] enjoying my kids,â she said, adding, âAnd then, I do want to have more kids.â
As for Chalamet, in November 2025, he hinted kids âcould be on the radarâ during an interview with Vogue.
