Kelly Ripa has one talented family! The Live star and her husband and co-host, Mark Consuelos, are doting parents to three children, who have all followed them into the entertainment industry.

Most recently, their youngest son Joaquin, 23, took to social media to share a new personal update highlighting his exciting few months on Broadway.

The actor shared several pictures of him on stage performing in Death of a Salesman, which has been running since April 9, and will close on August 9. Joaquin’s parents, and his brother Michael – also an actor – all shared their support in the comments section. “So friggin cool dude,” Michael wrote, while Mark reacted with three fire emojis. Kelly wrote: “Attention must be paid!! Phenomenal.”

Joaquin’s Broadway debut was extra special, as his dad also marked his own, performing in Fallen Angels – which ran between April and June.

The pair spoke to the New York Times about the experience back in June, with Joaquin admitting: “I really enjoyed this, and I’m already mourning it. I’m already sad that it’s going to be over. And now I want to do everything. I don’t want to limit myself.”

Mark added: “I love this. I absolutely love doing this. And as long as I’m here in New York, I would definitely do it again.” “He started rehearsals before me, so I leaned on him a little bit. In many ways, he was letting me know how the process worked. And he’d joke around, every step of the way, saying, ‘You don’t need to be nervous, dad. It’s going to be OK!'” Mark added.

Joaquin went on to say: “It’s definitely a father-son experience — it’s something we both wanted to do, and we’re super lucky to be doing it at the same time. “When we were doing tech rehearsals, that’s a notorious thing, super-complicated and everyone’s stressed, and we both took comfort in the fact that we were doing it at the same time.”

Joaquin graduated from the University of Michigan with a major in theater studies in 2025 – and told the college’s publication, University of Michigan Athletics, prior to graduation that he had started attending more auditions and even went to one on behalf of his brother.

“I should actually look into doing this. That was the light bulb moment,” he explained. In February 2025, Joaquin also starred in his college’s production of A Few Good Men at the Power Center in Ann Arbor. The show was attended by his proud parents and older siblings, Michael and Lola. Since graduating, he has been represented by CAA & Untitled.
