Brooklyn Beckham is getting ruthlessly roasted for his latest cooking video, in which he boils noodles using water straight from the ocean.
The aspiring chef, 27, posted a video on TikTok of him making a tomato pasta dish, and in the beginning of the video, he grabs a large pot and steps into the water.
āOf course we get some pasta water,ā he says, before dunking the pot and collecting the seawater.
He then pauses in front of the camera to show off his pot of water before continuing on.
He proceeds to dice yellow and red tomatoes, before adding oil to a pan and adding salt. He then uses his own Cloud23 hot sauce to pour over the tomatoes.
After boiling the noodles and adding them to the pan, he takes a bite alongside another chef, and the two appear to enjoy the final result.
Critics took to the comment section of the post to mock him using seawater for the pasta noodles.
āPasta water with a hint of burnt boat fuel please sir,ā one comment reads.
Another user questioned, āIs this ragebait?ā while another worried, āIsnāt the ocean water dirty?ā
Yet another horrified comment reads, āAs italian, Iām pretty sure that sea water is the best way to spent all the next day in the bathroom š.ā
Others mocked Beckhamās cooking abilities.
āIs there no beginning to his talents?!ā one user quipped.
āTomorrow Iām making corn flakes,ā another critic joked, while another cracked, āToday im gonna make bread and butter.ā
Beckhamās cooking videos have been ruthlessly mocked for years. Back in June 2023, he was trolledĀ for frying chicken in an excessive amount of avocado oil.
āThatās at least $25 worth of avocado oil š®,ā one critic commented.
In October of that year, Beckham insisted that the mean comments didnāt faze him.
āTo be honest, Iām used to the hate,ā he told Insider. āIt doesnāt really bother me.ā
āCooking makes me happy. I have more important things to worry about than people saying a little bit of rubbish about me.ā
