The Prince and Princess of Wales proved once again what doting parents they are during their latest family outing at Wimbledon on Sunday.
Prince William and Princess Kate were joined by their eldest two children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, to watch the Men’s Final between Jannik Sinner and Alexander Zverev.
Before taking their seats in the royal box, the royal couple introduced their children to guests and players, including British tennis star Arthur Ferry. Video footage shows the parents checking in on both of their children, asking, “Are you OK?” before making their way into the Centre Court.
William and Kate’s Wimbledon outing
The whole family were dressed immaculately for the outing. Princess Kate looked stunning in an olive green Emilia Wickstead dress with one-shoulder sash detail. Meanwhile, Prince William and Prince George looked dapper in matching navy suits and Princess Charlotte mirrored her mother’s elegant fashion sense in a blue dress with ruffle sleeves.
The Wales family also attended Wimbledon last year without Prince Louis.
Wimbledon remains a highlight in the royal calendar for the family, who are all known to be avid tennis fans. Princess Kate, in particular, loves the sport and serves as patron of the All England Lawn Tennis Club.
Sunday’s appearance marks the mum-of-three’s third time at Wimbledon during this year’s championships, having also attended the Ladies’ Final on Saturday, where she presented the Venus Rosewater Dish to Czech tennis player Linda Nosková.
On Sunday, Kate presented the Wimbledon men’s trophy to Jannik Sinner for the second year in a row after he successfully defended his title.
Speaking after the match, Kate told the tennis champion it was “really inspiring” for George and Charlotte to watch tennis played at his level.
Congratulating the sportsman on his victory, she said: “You’ve had such a fantastic tournament so really, really well done.”
Jannik asked George if he was still playing tennis, to which the 12-year-old confirmed: “Yeah, very much so.”
The princess told the Italian player: “It’s really inspiring for the children to see tennis at that level.
Earlier on Sunday, the Wales family met British wildcard Arthur Fery.
Arthur, who turned 24 on Sunday, was handed a card by Princess Kate as she greeted him. “This is for you, happy birthday,” she said.
