Joanna Gaines’ son Duke is growing up fast! The Fixer Upper star’s third child will be turning 18 in May, and will no doubt be flying the nest like his older siblings, Drake and Ella, come the summer.
Ahead of this new chapter, Duke celebrated his prom with his school friends earlier in April, which Joanna documented in a video – which can be viewed above.
In the footage, Duke looked dapper as he got ready for the big day, dressed in a smart suit accessorized with a beautiful flower pin, fresh from the family’s garden.
In fact, Joanna was in charge or all the flower arrangements, which were given to all of Duke’s friends. Alongside the video, Joanna wrote: “Prom 2026. Nothing like hanging in the garden all day for prom prep with some sweet mamas. When the kids showed up they were gracious to let us take a million pics of them.”
The proud parents is known for going all out for special milestones for her children, and last year documented her daughter Ella’s prom ahead of her departure from home.
Knowing that her children are growing up quickly and won’t be living at home forever, Joanna previously told People that she was making a “conscious decision” to create special memories with her family while they are all together.
Along with Duke, Joanna and Chip are parents to Drake, 21, Ella, 19, Emmie, 16, and Crew, seven.
