Jennifer Aniston reveals secret to looking ‘more fit than ever’ and it’s anti-aging too

Jennifer Aniston has shared an insight into the workout routine she’s followed for the past five years, which she credits for her toned physique. The actress took to Instagram on April 21 to discuss the PVOLVE exercises she follows.

“I’ve been doing PVOLVE for five years and honestly the biggest thing I’ve noticed is I haven’t had an injury,” she shared. “And I feel more fit than I have in forever.”

“I was constantly getting injured and now no injuries,” she admitted, before adding that the workout gives her “better results”.

Jennifer previously explained that she uses the PVOLVE p.band every day, even when she’s in her kitchen. “It’s one of my favorite pieces of equipment,” she explained. “I take it everywhere I go.”

The band keeps resistance across your arms, shoulders, and back. The comfortable fit takes pressure off your hands and wrists during your reps. It helps support mobility, stability and posture as you move.

Strength is “the ultimate anti-aging secret” and building arm muscles with the bands is a “smart, safe, and powerful way to support longevity,” Jennifer’s trainer, Dani Coleman, told Daily Mail.

“I put on a good playlist,” she shared. “The pups are usually in the room and they help build that morale.”

“I try to move with her to get her going, and we put on a little bit of pop and rock music. One of the things I love about her is that she’s always humorous and real – she’ll be honest if she is feeling like, ‘Oh my goodness, we have to do this?!’ I meet her where she’s at and try to provide the vibes and the good times to keep it moving.”

Dani is the vice-president of training for the functional fitness method PVOLVE. “We typically train through our three signature formats: strength and sculpt, sculpt and burn, and progressive weight training, and we use resistance equipment and dumbbells in every session,” she shared.

“Sometimes, if she’s a little bit lower on energy and her schedule is really demanding, we’ll do a quicker workout or focus a little bit more on recovery and stretching, versus the hard-hitting exercises.”

The actress uses peptide plumping injections.

Aside from maintaining her sculpted figure through fitness, Jennifer is also a fan of peptide plumping injections. The treatment can help improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by encouraging the body’s own regenerative processes, such as collagen production.

“Two things are inevitable. The first is ageing. The second, there’s always going to be critics. For me, it’s more of the question of how do I take the best care of myself, physically and mentally?” the actress told Glamour in 2022.
