Dylan Efron takes his health very seriously. The Traitors star, who boasts a six pack, opened up to HELLO! about the intense wellness routine he maintains for his risk-taking job.
âSince I was a kid Iâve been taking supplements. I probably take 20 pills a day, [like] the multi, probiotics, zinc,â Dylan, 34, told HELLO!. He recently started working with Garden of Life vitamin and wellness company, to introduce its latest innovation, Clear Whey Protein.
âFor me, itâs really 50/50 nutrition and physical activity. Every day Iâm trying to get some sort of physical activity, whether thatâs playing a sport or an hour or two at the gym. Thatâs one of the most important things to me,â he explained, adding: âIâm trying to eat as much protein as I can. Itâs a mix of diet, nutrition, and working out, and it leaves me balanced. Iâm never going to be the strongest person ever, but Iâm going to be ready for anything. Thatâs where I want to be.â
What is Dylan Efron up to now?
Until January 2025, Dylan was widely known as Zac Efronâs little brother. But, after starring, and winning, in the third season of The Traitors, heâs made a name for himself. These days, heâs everywhere.
Dylan is creating immersive travel content and itineraries, partnering with his Traitors co-star Boston Rob on the YouTube series Everythingâs a Competition, and enjoying all that the spotlight has to offer. Ever the risk taker, he spoke to HELLO! after a risky trip to the âEnds of the Earthâ in Norway, and just before, he traveled to Canada.
âWhen we were in Newfoundland, we were out at sunrise at a lighthouse with 100 mile-per-hour winds, it was blowing us over,â Dylan shared. âThatâs not something Iâm doing when Iâm home chilling.â
Dylanâs famous family
Aside from his big brother, who he assured us he is ânot competitive with,â Dylan is close with his other siblings too. While performing on Dancing with the Stars, fans got an inside look into his relationship with his little sister Olivia and brother Henry.
The rambunctious six-year-old is the half-sister of Zac and Dylan and according to the reality star, she is just like Zac.
âItâs so special,â Dylan told HELLO! about what it meant to have his sister show up for him at DWTS. âWhen Olivia looks at me, you can just feel the love, and thatâs really meaningful to feel. And it goes back to her too.â
He continued: âI remember right before Dancing with the Stars, she wouldnât even hold a mic at one of her piano recitals. She was afraid to announce her name, and her mom had to walk around and announce her before sheâd play. Now she is the most confident girl in the world. Iâm like, âAll right, settle down, weâve got another Zac on our hands.â Sheâs so confident now, and I think itâs so special to be a small part of that journey of her finding her voice.â
As for his little brother, Dylan said that he sees a bit more of himself in Henry.Â
âHonestly, if Olivia is Zac, Henry is me,â he joked. âBut my dad, every time he [talks to] Henry, he says Dylan, because heâs literally the spitting image of me as a kid.â
Dylan also opened up about his big-brother dreams as looks to the future. âAs I get older, Iâm looking forward to taking them on trips, teaching them things. In five years I want to be able to travel with them and teach them how to do things like that.â
