‘Don’t count me out just yet, fellas’

Kathy Griffin proved that age is just a number in her newest social media post, which saw the comedienne clad in a dark-colored bikini top and skin-tight leggings while pulling a complex yoga pose. 

The 65-year-old stood on a table in the snap with her hands above her head in a praying gesture, her left leg bent at the knee. “Someday I’ll explain this picture, but not tonight,” Kathy wrote in the caption, as her fans rushed to the comment section to exclaim over her svelte figure. 

“Um…Kathy is looking goood…Like really good,” wrote one fan, as Kathy replied: “65, baby. Don’t count me out yet, fellas.” Another fan added: “This is the vibe,” while a third declared that she looked “Fab-u-lous.” Kathy’s physical transformation made headlines after she spoke out about the facelift she received in August 2025. 

“I got a facelift, which people seem to be fascinated by, and I just want to say I don’t know why, but it cracks me up,” she told People. “I’m laughing because I’ve done some political interviews that I did all this research for, and then they’re like, ‘Kathy Griffin gets a facelift.’…I’m fine with it.” 

She has been open about past plastic surgery procedures, including the nose job she received in her 20s. “I was told repeatedly, ‘You would be pretty if it weren’t for that nose. You’d work more if it weren’t for that nose. Hey, have you considered getting a nose job?'” she wrote in her 2009 book, Official Book Club Selection: A Memoir According to Kathy Griffin.

“You would think I had a nose the size of Texas. I was young and impressionable, and I was told that enough that I started to believe it, so I got a nose job.”

Kathy has dealt with several major health issues in recent years, including a hospital stay following a colonoscopy in May 2026. “I spent the night in the hospital because I had complications from my colonoscopy. I know, I know, very sexy, but I am at home now with the doggies where I belong,” she told fans on social media.

The My Lift on the D-List star also had a hysterectomy, and half of her left lung removed amid a battle with Stage 1 lung cancer, which she revealed in 2021.

“The thing that’s been really kind of crazy, and kind of like a [expletive], is that when I had cancer, I had no symptoms,” she told People. “Now, it’s like I sound and feel like I have cancer.” Kathy was declared cancer-free in December 2021.

Her resilience is admired by her many fans, and the famous redhead spoke about moving forward with her life on ABC’s Nightline.

“Whether I like it or not, I think I’m a resilient survivor,” she said. “I was definitely in shock [about the cancer diagnosis]. I’m still a little bit in shock – not denial, but once a day I’ll just turn to like, nobody next to me and go, ‘Can you believe this?”
