Bailey Zimmerman is facing felony charges for allegedly trashing a hotel room.
Page Six can confirm that the country musician was charged with criminal damage to property (over $100), as well as a misdemeanor charge for falsely obtaining services in New Mexico on May 27.
A warrant for his arrest was issued on June 18.
The alleged incident took place the same night the singer cancelled his show in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
At the time, the âFall in Loveâ crooner took to Instagram to share he had ânot been feeling wellâ and needed to take time to recover.
âYâall know thereâs nothing I love more than getting out on the road and playing these shows for you,â he wrote at the time. âSo itâs so hard for me to have to say this, but I have to reschedule tonightâs (5/27) and Saturdayâs (5/30) shows.
I have not been feeling well and have tried to power through, but Iâm not able to give you all the show you deserve. I hate letting yâall down and was really looking forward to these shows, but I gotta take care of myself so I can get back out there stronger,â he continued.
He reassured his fans that all of their tickets would be âhonored for the new datesâ and thanked them for their âprayers and understanding.â
However, many fans in the comments section were quick to call out how he canceled the May 27 show with about only an hour notice.
âmaybe next time donât post this less than an hour before the shows supposed to start? đ,â one wrote.
Page Six has reached out to Zimmermanâs rep for comment.
