Rosie has previously been outspoken against facelifts but explained that her opinion changed when she lost 50 pounds, opting for a lower deep plane facelift in January 2026. âI wanted to still be me, justâŠless haunted,â she wrote on her Substack. âAnd I do look like me.âÂ

With characteristic honesty, Cher addressed rumours sheâd had a rib removed to slim her waist in 1988: âIâve been upfront about saying that I had my nose done, my breasts done and had braces on my teeth. The rest is nonsense.â

The Jenners and Kardashians are well-known for their dramatic transformations and matriarch Kris is no exception. She told Vogue Arabia that she had a second facelift in 2025, saying: âI decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy.â
She added: âJust because you get older, it doesnât mean you should give up on yourself. If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully â meaning you donât want to do anything â then donât do anything. But for me, this is ageing gracefully. Itâs my version.â

She told More via The Telegraph: âIâve done it all. Iâve had a little plastic surgery. Iâve had a little lipo. Iâve had a little Botox. And you know what? None of it works. None of it. All of these âbetteringâ experiences are not without risk.â

Sarah Ferguson married into the Royal Family in 1986 and was subject to a lot of scrutiny over her appearance, a common experience for even the most modern royals.Â
She told the Daily Mail in 2019, âIâve had a lot of help to look like this at 60.â She added: âI really donât like the frozen look. Iâm so animated, and I like to be myself. I donât like the thought of needles and am very glad if I look well and happy.â Fergieâs procedures have included a laser face-lift, regenerative stem cell therapy for her feet and Botox.

Jane Fonda has been honest about her cosmetic procedures, opening up in the 2018 documentary Jane Fonda in Five Acts:Â âIâm glad I look good for my age, but Iâve had plastic surgery. Iâm not going to lie about that.â
While Fonda has opted for procedures around her eyes and jawline to remove a look of tiredness, she doesnât promote the practice to other women. âOn one level, I hate the fact that Iâve had the need to alter myself physically to feel that Iâm OK,â she said. âI wish I wasnât like that. I love older faces. I love lived-in faces. I loved Vanessa Redgraveâs face. I wish I was braver. But I am what I am.â
