F1 is back in Miami! For the fifth year, the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix is returning to Hard Rock Stadium. “We are thrilled to welcome the pinnacle of global motorsports back to the Miami International Autodrome in May 2026,” Tyler Epp, president of the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, said in a press release. 

“From delivering the most-watched F1 race in U.S. history to hosting sell-out crowds year after year, we believe the FORMULA 1¼ CRYPTO.COM MIAMI GRAND PRIX has established itself as one of the world’s premier events. Our team is working hard to build on the incredible momentum we’ve seen entering our fifth year and we will raise the bar once again with world-class racing, immersive fan experiences and the high-octane energy that makes race week in Miami so special.”

The race in the Magic City will be the first following a five-week break since the Bahrain and Saudi races were called off. Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix has drawn numerous famous faces over the years, including Tom Brady, Ed Sheeran, Tom Cruise, Shakira, and even President Donald Trump. With the engines revving in Miami once again, more A-listers are set to descend on the city for the big race and surrounding events.

Before the engines roar, here is everything to know about the 2026 Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix and star-studded events.

When is the 2026 Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix?

The 2026 Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix runs from May 1 through May 3. The Miami Grand Prix is scheduled to take place at 4 p.m. ET on May 3.

How to watch the 2026 Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix?

The race will be available for viewing on AppleTV and F1 TV Pro. In 2025, Apple became the exclusive new broadcast partner for Formula 1 in the U.S. “We’re thrilled to expand our relationship with Formula 1 and offer Apple TV subscribers in the U.S. front-row access to one of the most exciting and fastest-growing sports on the planet,” Eddy Cue, Apple’s senior vice president of Services, said at the time. “2026 marks a transformative new era for Formula 1, from new teams to new regulations and cars with the best drivers in the world, and we look forward to delivering premium and innovative fan-first coverage to our customers in a way that only Apple can.”

Meet the drivers taking to the track in Miami: Lewis Hamilton, Lando Norris, Oscar Piastri, George Russell, Kimi Antonelli, Max Verstappen, Isack Hadjar, Charles Leclerc, Carlos Sainz Jr., Alex Albon, Liam Lawson, Arvid Lindblad, Fernando Alonso, Lance Stroll, Esteban Ocon, Oliver Bearman, Nico HĂŒlkenberg, Gabriel Bortoleto, Pierre Gasly, Franco Colapinto, Sergio PĂ©rez and Valtteri Bottas.

2026 Miami Grand Prix’s celebrity performances and star-studded parties 

There will be no shortage of celebrity appearance throughout the race weekend. Sports Illustrated will kick it off on April 30 with its fifth annual “Race Weekend Kickoff” party at the Surf Club Restaurant by Chef Thomas Keller, hosted by authentic CEO & Chairman, Jamie Salter along with his business partner, Kevin Hart.

At the Miami International Autodrome at Hard Rock Stadium, racegoers can once again enjoy live music at the trackside Hard Rock Beach Club. Grammy-winning DJ and producer Zedd and rapper Nelly will be hitting the stage on Friday, May 1. Hard Rock Beach Club will welcome DJ Marshmello and NBA legend-turned-music-star DJ Diesel (Shaquille O’Neal) on Saturday, May 2, and Loud Luxury and country star Kane Brown on Sunday, May 3.

“The entertainment at the Hard Rock Beach Club converges music and motorsports for an unforgettable fan experience,” Keith Sheldon, president of Entertainment and Brand Management at Hard Rock International, has said. “We are proudly celebrating our fifth year as a founding Miami Grand Prix partner with a befitting entertainment lineup that spans genres and generations and gives fans a reason to come back year after year.”

Carbone Beach has previously attracted LeBron James, Patrick Mahomes, Ivanka Trump, Bethenny Frankel, Nina Dobrev and Shaun White. This year, the supper club, presented by American Express, is back for three nights on the beach — May 1, May 2 and May 3 — with celebrity performances.

Over in Brickell, the host spot Sexy Fish will be hosting parties with DJs, including Cedric Gervais. The lineup includes Warren Williams B2B Julian OK on April 30, DJ Grossomoddo on May 1, DJ Cedric Gervais on May 2 and Timka at the closing party on May 3. 

At E11EVEN Miami, which was voted the number one nightclub in the United States last year, Alesso is set to perform on May 1, followed by Snoop Dogg on May 2 and Afrojack on May 3. As the club notes, it’s “the spot that all the celebrities can be spotted” at. 

What to see and do during the 2026 Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix?

There are plenty of experiences and activations at the Miami Grand Prix and off the campus. Jack Daniel’s and the McLaren Formula 1 Team are taking their “Jack’s Garage” event trackside for the first time during the race weekend with performances by Shaboozey and Loud Luxury. The event, from May 1 through May 3, is open to guests 21 and older with a valid Campus Pass.

Disney fans can check out the House of Mouse’s race inspired “Fuel the Magic” products, which will be sold trackside. At the Miami International Autodrome, Diageo and OFFGRID partnered for a new, private 2-story trackside concept that will showcase Diageo’s portfolio of Rare & Exceptional spirits throughout the weekend.

Meanwhile, in the Miami Design District, off campus, race fans can check out several activations: the Cadillac Formula 1ÂźTeam Miami Headquarters (May 2 to May 3), the Tag Heuer Designed To Win Experience (May 1 to May 3), the Y-3 Pit Stop Kiosk (May 2), and the Nahmias Pop-up (April 30 to May 4).

Foodies will want to flock to the Mana Wynwood Convention Center on May 2 for the Family Style Food Festival that will be bringing chefs and restaurants together from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

This year, the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix is launching its first-ever official Fan Fest. The free, five-day event at Lummus Park is running through May 3. “We’re excited to launch the first-ever, official FORMULA 1 CRYPTO.COM MIAMI GRAND PRIX Fan Fest. This creates a new way for fans to experience race week in Miami Beach, one of the most iconic destinations in the world,” Katharina Nowak, President of the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, previously said. “The event will offer a free opportunity to experience the thrill of Formula 1 through activations, entertainment and special appearances, and expose new fans to one of the fastest-growing sports in the United States.”

With the race weekend here, it’s now full speed ahead.
