“The Challenge” star Tyler Duckworth has died.
The US Sun reported Thursday that the reality star died Tuesday, citing North Dakota officials. According to the outlet, he was discovered unresponsive in his bathroom.
The case is classified as an unattended death, meaning there were no witnesses on the scene.
He was 44 years old.
Duckworth had recently undergone surgery, an insider told the outlet, though it’s unclear if that contributed to his death.
