Teen Mom alum Jenelle Evans ’ son Jace Evans has been released from the mental health facility he has resided at for months, Us can confirm.
The Ashley’s Reality Roundup reported that Jace, 17, posted to his Instagram Story on Wednesday, August 12, with a photo featuring a laptop. The upload was the first time he has posted in months.
