Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO are divorcing after 10 years of marriage.
While the couple has yet to make a statement on their separation, TMZ reported that the âWild Onesâ singer filed for divorce from Bunnie on May 18 in Tennessee, in what was reportedly a mutual decision for the pair, after separating on May 9.Â
The couple raised Jelly Rollâs two children, Bailee Ann and Noah Buddy, that he shared with his ex-girlfriend Felicia Beckwith and a woman named Melisa. Jelly, whose real name is Jason Bradley DeFord, first met Bunnie, whose real name is Alisa DeFord, in 2015 backstage at one of his shows, and they went on to tie the knot a year later, on the same night that he proposed to her onstage.

The country singer performed at CMA Fest in Nashville, Tennessee on Saturday, June 6 and didnât wear his wedding ring for the show. The performance was two weeks after he secretly filed for divorce.
While it may have been the first time fans noticed his missing jewelry, it had been some time since Jelly Roll wore his wedding band publicly. In February, his left ring finger was bare while at a public appearance in February.
Bunnie has 2.5 million followers on Instagram, meaning she can catch quite a few eyes. Just before news of their divorce went public, the podcaster posted a racy photo of herself in lingerie to her Instagram Story, writing: âSheâs getting her sparkle back.â
In another Instagram Story, Bunnie posted the quote: âCome here, let me show you what love feels like.â
Jelly Roll faced backlash after his Grammys acceptance speech. The singer won his first Grammy for best country duo/group performance for his song âAmenâ with Shaboozey. After winning, Jelly Roll told the crowd: âJesus is for everybody. Jesus is not owned by one political party.â
âI want to thank my beautiful wife,â he went on. âI would have never changed my life without you. Iâd have ended up dead or in jail. Iâd have killed myself if it wasnât for you and Jesus. I thank you for that.â
Bunnie defended her then-husbandâs speech on her Dumb Blonde podcast, saying: âAll he is saying is, âHey, Jesus is for everybody. Jesus does not belong to one political party. Jesus loves you.â And the internet lost their minds.â
While we know now that Jelly Roll and Bunnie are done, the two faced speculation over their relationship throughout the years. In August 2025, Bunnie said on her podcast: âSomeone said the other day, âThey used to always be together, and now you never see them together.'â
She went on: âIâm like, âDo you guys not know that for the past six months [that] Iâve been trying to make a baby?'â
Over their relationship Bunnie was open about her journey with IVF, going through the highs and lows of the process and understands the toll it can take, especially financially.
