Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce finally said “I do” in grand fashion inside New York City’s Madison Square Garden.
The newlyweds tied the knot, in a ceremony officiated by the one and only Adam Sandler, in front of their many friends, family and loved ones, with a guest list apparently going up to 1000, hence the venue.
While many attendees left fans scratching their heads (Hugh Grant? Brad Pitt? Jason Sudeikis?), others seemed like very obvious picks, like Selena Gomez, Patrick Mahomes, and one of Travis’ closest friends in the football world, George Kittle.
NFL stars reuniting at Taylor and Travis’ wedding
The San Francisco 49ers tight end co-founded Tight End University in 2021 with Travis and Greg Olsen. A TEU event back in 2025, in fact, also marked Taylor and Travis’ sweet red carpet debut after nearly two years of dating.
Joining George and his wife Claire Kittle at the wedding were fellow 49ers player Kyle Juszczyk and his wife, fashion designer Kristin Juszczyk, whose expertise came in particular use for Claire ahead of the ceremony.
How Claire Kittle avoided a wardrobe malfunction at the ceremony
Claire took to her Instagram Stories over the weekend to show off her gorgeous baby blue sequined gown for the ceremony, then revealing with another story that the dress’ zipper unfortunately got stuck and Kristin took over, taking out the lining on the hotel bed.
“@kristinjuszczyk saved me again,” she wrote beside the photo of Kristin, fully decked out in her own black and navy gown, on the bed and working her magic on Claire’s gown. “Had to cut the lining in my dress, the zipper was stuck.”
Everything ultimately worked out for the best, though, as the Kittles and the Juszczyks made it there on time for the magical ceremony. George and Claire celebrated the couple on Sunday, July 5 with an Instagram post which was captioned: “It was a family affair. Congratulations on finding your exclamation point! JusT&T Married, we love y’all!”
Travis Kelce, the human exclamation point
Calling them each other’s “exclamation point” is actually a reference to Taylor’s appearance on Travis and his brother Jason Kelce’s podcast New Heights, during which the “Opalite” singer referred to her then-boyfriend as such.
“Travis is just a vibe booster in everyone’s life that he’s in,” she gushed. “When you take a picture on your phone and you push the enhance color button, that’s what you do to everyone’s life.”
Jason later explained, during an appearance on the Bussin’ with the Boys podcast, that the descriptor was a particularly emotional one for his younger brother. “The human exclamation point was the best way I’ve ever heard Travis described in my life.”
“I think it’s such an accurate statement. The dude just brings joy to every place he ever is, and people love him. And he makes everything better,” he said of Travis. “To watch them support each other, love each other, and get to this stage, and now to have this together. I’m just… I’m very happy for him.” Jason would go on to be his brother’s best man at his wedding.
