Taylor Frankie Paul allegedly had her parenting time reduced to eight hours a week after she failed multiple court-ordered drug tests in the last 60 days, according to TMZ.
The court reportedly ordered the âSecret Lives of Mormon Wivesâ star to four hours with her kids Indy, 8, and Ocean 6, who she shares with ex-husband Tate Paul, and four hours with her son Ever, 2, whom she shares with ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen.
The alleged substances are unknown, but TMZ reported that at least one of them is not commonly available as a prescription med.
A source told Page Six that thereâs been a strict gag order in the case, so any info leaked to the media is a âcontinuation of the harassment and intimidationâ that Taylor, 32, has experienced throughout her custody battles.
Page Six has reached out to Taylorâs rep for comment.
Taylorâs new custody blow comes over two months after a judge expanded her parenting time to one weekday and alternating weekends at a July 8 court hearing.
Later that month, Page Six exclusively reported that Taylor declined her two exesâ separate proposals that wouldâve granted her 40 percent of child custody
A source told us Taylorâs response was: âSo now Iâm suddenly capable of parenting 40% of the time? Couldnât be more obvious what this is really aboutâand it isnât the safety or well-being of our children.â
The mom of three temporarily lost custody of son Ever in March, after a video leaked of a 2023 domestic dispute taking place between Paul and Mortensen, who began their on-again, off-again relationship in 2022.
Mortensen, 33, received full custody of Ever and was granted a temporary order of protection against Taylor.
Tate, who was married to Taylor from 2016 to 2022, filed for a temporary restraining order against the TikToker and sole custody of their kids in June.
Taylorâs custody battles with both her exes have been ongoing in Salt Lake City courts.
Due to the drama in her personal life, production on Season 5 of âThe Secret Lives of Mormon Wivesâ was halted and Taylorâs season of âThe Bacheloretteâ was canceled in March.
However, Taylor is reportedly set to return for âSLOMWâ Season 6, which sparked co-star Mikayla Matthewsâ decision to quit the series.
âThe ONLY reason Iâm leaving the show is because I was told a certain person was coming back,â Matthews, 26, wrote on Instagram on Tuesday.
âI told [production] before agreeing to do [season] 6 that I wasnât going to film if that certain someone came back. Because itâs UNETHICAL and kids are involved,â the reality star added.
A source recently told People that Taylor â who hasnât confirmed her return to the Hulu series herself â Â is âfocused on continuing to move forward.â
âComing back will allow her to do that, she canât control the choices other people make,â the insider shared.
