Scooter Braun reacts to girlfriend Sydney Sweeney’s explicit latest season of Euphoria

Scooter Braun just opened up about his “surprising” relationship with girlfriend Sydney Sweeney and gave his takes on her explicit latest season of Euphoria.

The music executive met the actress in June 2025 at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s star-studded wedding in Venice, Italy. The couple was spotted soon after holding hands while out in Los Angeles, before confirming their relationship in December 2025.

For the first time since the two met, Scooter, 44, has shared his feelings on his 28-year-old girlfriend, and her role as Cassie in the hit television show, Euphoria.

“I’ve met an extraordinary woman, kind and generous and smart, and real and down to earth,” Scooter said on Suzy Weiss’ Second Thought podcast episode that premiered on Thursday, May 28.

When asked if he watched Sydney in the drama, Scooter said: “I am catching it. I’m biased, I like it. I think there’s been an incredible performance by a certain actress.”

The actress’ role in Euphoria’s third and final season has had some controversy. After a four year delay, the third season premiered on April 12, flashing forward five years into the future. The teens are now out of high school, in their mid-twenties navigating all that adult lives entail.

While Scooter called Sydney’s work “an incredible performance,” fans are split on her delivery. Her character, Cassie, starts an OnlyFans while living in the suburbs with her soon-to-be husband, Nate, played by Jacob Elordi.

Sydney is seen wearing dog ears, often naked, as she earns much needed money for her family. On social media, fans have shared their reactions to the show’s turn. One fan wrote: “I miss what Euphoria was.” Another fan commented: “I saw [Sydney] dressed as a baby and posing for [Only Fans]. This is just a mess.”

The final episode of Euphoria airs on Sunday, May 31, concluding the chaotic storylines that began in 2019, although there has been no explicit confirmation on whether this ends the show or franchise as a whole.

Scooter and Sydney got together after the dramatic endings of other relationships. The music producer, who helped launch the careers of Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, and Demi Lovato, divorced his ex-wife, Yael Cohen, in 2021 after seven years of marriage. The former couple share three children together, son Jagger Joseph, nine, and daughters, Levi Magnus, seven, and Hart Violet, five.

Before dating Scooter, Sydney was engaged to businessman Jonathan Davino. But, the two separated in early 2025.

These days, Scooter is happy with his life. “For me, I’m enjoying my relationship, I’m enjoying my children, I’m enjoying my friends. I’m enjoying my life,” he told Suzy Weiss. While Sydney hasn’t commented publicly on their relationship, she shared a loved-up video of her and Scooter during a romantic getaway to Australia in May.
