Rosie Huntington-Whiteley gave everyone a peek into her sun-drenched Mallorca escape, as she shared highlights from her Spanish vacation on social media. The supermodel took to Instagram on June 9 to share her summer swimwear agenda with an ethereal poolside photograph.
The 39-year-old wore a white triangle bikini that featured a tie-up top with matching cheekster bottoms. Rosie posed in the pool, leaning against the concrete edge with her eyes closed as she basked in the sunshine. Her blonde locks were left loose to dry in the heat, while her natural, radiant makeup enhanced her glowing complexion.

It seems the model opted for an all-white sartorial agenda for her Spanish getaway. Rosie also posed for a mirror selfie in a pearlescent silk slip dress that featured spaghetti straps and a flowing silhouette. She styled the look with a grey clutch bag and a gold bangle, while opting to go barefoot.

Rosieâs flawless physique is courtesy of her dedicated fitness regime, which prioritizes weight training. âII feel really strong and itâs improved my posture, muscle tone and definition. Every girl should do it,â she told British Vogue.
The supermodel also follows cycle syncing workouts to adapt each exercise to help manage energy levels and mood. âMy trainer and I will discuss where Iâm at in my cycle and decide whether to go heavier or [depending on where I am], if I want to do a high-rep, low weight workout. Thereâs nothing more satisfactory to me than when I go up in weight. It makes me happy when I start to see the results of [consistently] lifting,â she shared.
Rosie also follows a strict sleep schedule. âIâm up most mornings at 6.30am with the children, so I try to be in bed, lights off, by 10.30pm. I have to be quite disciplined with that. If I can, Iâm an eight hours a night person,â she added. Rosie also ensures that she sleeps in a cold bedroom to help release melatonin. âIâm obsessed with my bedroom being cold; it helps me sleep really well. When it canât be cold, I find thatâs when Iâm waking up more at night,â she said.
