Ray J has reportedly been hospitalized in Las Vegas after an MMA fight with Supa Hot Fire.
The âOne Wishâ hitmaker checked himself into a medical facility in Sin City just hours after being knocked out by the YouTuber, whose real name is DeWayne DeShawn Stevenson (AKA DeShawn Raw), TMZ reports.
Per the outlet, an insider close to the R&B star said Ray J went to the hospital around two hours after the match on Saturday and has been there for two days.
They added that doctors are running tests and investigating whether Ray J â whose real name is William Ray Norwood Jr. â suffered a concussion.
The source told the outlet the singerâs heart rate has slowed down following the encounter as well.
Reps for Ray J and Supa Hot Fire did not immediately respond to Page Sixâs request for comment.
The pair faced off in a match hosted by livestreamer Adin Rossâ UFC Apex over the weekend, and it was quickly shut down in the second round when Supa Hot Fire, 35, delivered the now-viral knockout blow to Ray J, 45.
The embattled âWhat I Needâ singer appeared immediately disoriented after the blow, falling against the ropes before hitting the ground. After gathering himself and standing, he sat on a stool before the referee called the match.
In a post-match interview, Ray J seemingly accused Supa Hot Fire of ditching a plan to rig the match, calling the alleged move âjanky as fâk.â
Ray Jâs knockout comes several months after he claimed he only has months to live following a reported hospitalization with pneumonia and âheart pains.â
â2027 is definitely a wrap for me,â he said in part during a January Instagram video. âThatâs what they say.â
He added, âAnd damn, when itâs all done, burn me, donât bury me.â
Ray J later told TMZ doctors had told him to stay on bedrest for a time, and revealed he was taking Lipitor, a cholesterol medication, as well as and Entresto and Jardiance, commonly prescribed to people who face a high risk of heart failure.
