Portugal retreatĀ
In 2022, Jack accepted a role with Discovery Land Company, based at the CostaTerra Golf & Ocean Club in Portugal, and since then, the family has maintained a European base there, where they spend part of the year. While the details of their exact accommodation remain under wraps, the luxury residences on site are described as āeffortless luxury for easy livingā and the website reveals that their real estate offerings include āturnkey club residences, dune villas, golf pine barrens, and winery cottagesā.
The royal has admitted that she loves it there because of the anonymity that it affords her. āThis is why Portugal is the dream because I can go to the supermarket in my exercise gear and my hair piled on my head and not mind. The residence only has three bedrooms so it would mean bedroom sharing eventually now they are a family of five. Or, perhaps moving to a different property?

The Public Accounts Committee has launched an investigation into royal rents after the controversy surrounding Andrew Mountbatten-Windsorās āpeppercorn rentā. Royal family members who are given special leases with preferential treatment, such as cut-price deals, are now under the spotlight, and this includes Eugenieās twee cottage property.
