Prince George was more than happy to take on big brother duties on Saturday, as he was seen interacting with his younger brother, Prince Louis, as they watched the Commonwealth Games.
While royal fans are used to seeing Princess Charlotte keep a watchful eye on the young royal, this time it was George. The pair were even seen in partially matching outfits, both wearing Ralph Lauren polo tops for the event.
In cute moments, George could be seen chatting with his brother, who had a huge smile. At one point, Louis could even be seen leaning in to whisper something to his oldest sibling, who listened attentively.
The only point of contention for the duo was when they were gifted with Team Wales hats, with Louis incredibly enthusiastic about his, while George looked a little bemused. But eventually, Louisā infectious joy prompted a smile from George.
The royal brothers also shared smiles as they met Finnie the Unicorn, the mascot for the Commonwealth Games. George, Charlotte and Louis all exchanged fist bumps and high-fives with the character.

George and Louisā sweet interactions come just weeks before the brothers are due to part ways as George will be studying and boarding at Eton College this September.
It was confirmed in June that George would start attending the world-famous boarding school, with Kensington Palace saying in a statement: āKensington Palace can confirm that Prince George will attend Eton College from this September.ā
Which school the Wales will choose for their firstborn has already been the subject of much speculation. Will they follow tradition and send him to Williamās alma mater, Eton, or will they follow a less conventional route and send him to a day school like Highgate?Ā
To shed light on the matter, The HELLO! Royal Clubās Millie spoke to Melanie Sanderson, managing editor of The Good Schools Guide,Ā whoĀ shared her thoughts on the reported shortlist and exclusively revealed the school she backs as being the best of option for George.Ā
It will be a major change for George, as until now heās been a day pupil at Lambrook and has only dabbled with flexible boarding, whereas Eton is a full boarding school with no day or weekly pupils, so George will only return home for weekends and holidays.
Luckily, the school is only a 16-minute drive away from the familyās beautiful home, Forest Lodge, where his siblings, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, will still be staying.Ā
The young royal will join a cohort of around 260 boys starting at the same time, but he will not be sharing a room with any of them as the college has a strict rule that each boy has his own space.
The official Eton website explains: āFrom the very beginning, each boy has his own study-bedroom: there are no shared rooms. Boys thus have their own private space and are required to organise themselves and to develop self-discipline in meeting tasks and deadlines.ā
