Presley Gerber was found in a bedroom inside the Santa Monica, California, rehab facility where he died at the age of 27 on Sept. 20, according to a report.
Per TMZ, a source close to the investigation revealed that Gerber’s body was discovered near the bed — but not on it — in the room Sunday night.
The source did not give an exact location, otherwise.
Sources also noted to the outlet that fentanyl has not yet come up in the death investigation.
According to 911 audio obtained by Page Six, Gerber was treated for a suspected “overdose” after going into cardiac arrest, but an official cause of death has not yet been cited.
