Pink‘s kids are quickly becoming true New Yorkers!
Earlier this year, the “Raise Your Glass” singer revealed that she and her family moved across the country to New York City, so her eldest daughter Willow could study theatre.
In addition to the aspiring Broadway star, the doting mom and her husband Carey Hart, who she married in 2006, are also parents to son Jameson, nine.
Over the weekend, Carey took to Instagram and shared a sweet photo of Jameson, who is nicknamed Jamo, cruising down the West Side Highway.
The photo sees him riding on a scooter with his big backpack on, Carey behind him, as they commute around TriBeCa.
“Sunday scooter rip. Hope everyone had a great weekend,” Carey wrote in his caption, and fans were quick to take to the comments section under the post and gush over it.
“Yes Jamo! He’s always been so cool to me,” one wrote, as others followed suit with: “I like the Careys’ adventures in NYC,” and: “Glad to see the family has acclimated well to east coast living,” as well as: “Go Jamo!”
Last month, Carey also shared a glimpse into how Willow is acclimating to the family’s new home, revealing that they spent the entirety of her Spring Break vacation going to Broadway shows, watching Happy Ending, Stranger Things, Heathers, Dog Day Afternoon, and The Lost Boys over four days.
Pink first announced her and her family’s cross-country move from Los Angeles when she guest hosted an episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, for which Willow tagged along, kicking off the episode by singing together “This Hopeless War” from the 2024 Broadway production of The Outsiders.
She then shared that she moved to New York City because she is “an amazing mom” and so Willow “could study theater and experience more Broadway.”
Pink has since purchased a Greenwich Village townhouse for $21.5 million, the Wall Street Journal reported in April.
The 8,000 square-foot residence is a five-bedroom Greek Revival-style house that dates back to 1849, sold by the artistic Forseca family, who had owned it since the 1950s.
