NKOTB star Jonathan Knight’s ’90s actor husband who starred on Sweet Valley High

Harley is no stranger to the entertainment industry, just like his partner Jonathan, being that he was a child actor who portrayed the popular character Manny Lopez on Sweet Valley High between 1994 to 1997.

He attended Warren Hills Regional High School and Harley returned to the acting scene in the film The Price of Glory in 2001.

As he got older, he switched his career from acting to fitness. He’s currently a personal trainer at Barry’s Bootcamp and lives in Boston.

The duo met thanks to mutual friends in 2008. At the time, Jonathan attended Harley’s classes to stay in top shape for his concerts.

The sparks flew and eventually the two transitioned from friends to partners.

Jonathan has gushed about Harley on social media, as he expressed his love for him in a birthday tribute post in 2024.

He wrote online: “Today on your birthday we are in separate states…. But my love for you is always like we are right next to each other! I love you so much Bebe!!!! Your love, support, patience, and calming nature make me complete.”

The singer added: “Thank you for loving me as crazy, busy, and neurotic as I am! I love you, I love you, I love you more! Life’s journeys have been amazing with you. Looking forward to what amazing things life will bring us in the future.”

Given Jonathan’s busy and hectic schedule, the two often spend time apart. The star is thankful for Harley’s consistent support and the duo stay connected over phone, regardless of how far they may be.

Jonathan revealed: “He’s the most understanding guy. I think our relationship works because he’s not going to hold me back from what I want to do. And I’ve never held him back from things he wants to do,” per People.

The entertainer added: “It sucks not being together, but we call a ridiculous amount of times each day. I call him probably eight times a day and be, like, ‘Where are you’ because I want to picture where he is in the house and just have that sense of home. And he’s like, ‘Oh, I’m in the kitchen or I’m in the garage.’ And I’m, like, ‘Okay, I’ll call you later.'”
