Melissa Joan Hart doesn’t take herself too seriously, and fans love her for it!
The Sabrina the Teenage Witch star shared a fun filter-free video on social media this week, which was brutally unedited!
The actress shared footage of herself running over to a group of friends – dressed in a patterned bikini top and white shorts – to pose for a picture during their vacation.
However, Melissa was snapped pulling a face, and in turn created footage to zoom in on the face to make fun of herself. “Felt cute. Might delete later. … volume up for this one,” she captioned the video, which left her fans in hysterics.
“Melissa’s humor is the best, don’t delete this!” one wrote, while another commented: “You are so funny, this is everything!” A third added: “No need to explain, this is gold!”
Melissa often shares snippets of her life on social media, and recently posted a stunning picture of herself posing in a blue bikini while on the beach, showcasing her toned figure following a recent health kick – something she’s been refreshingly honest about.
The actress recently revealed that she had lost 18 lbs following a health transformation, which included cutting out sugar and alcohol.
© InstagramShe opened up about the decision to change her diet and how this has positively impacted.
She told People: “I just wanted to feel better. It had nothing to do with losing weight. I really didn’t think I could lose weight anymore, being in midlife and perimenopause and all those things, I was like, ‘Can I really lose weight? I don’t think I can.'”
However, Melissa proved herself wrong, and went on to add: “I lost about 18 pounds last year.”
© InstagramThe star initially just wanted to “feel better” but realised that by “fasting and cutting sugars and cutting alcohol,” she saw results. Melissa admitted that she hadn’t had a drink “in over a year”, something that was easy enough for her to cut out of her life as she “doesn’t even enjoy drinking.”
“I cut these things out of my life, and I started to feel better. And in doing that, I lost a lot of weight and kind of feel great,” she said.
Melissa is married to Mark Wilkerson, and the coupel share sons Mason, 20, Braydon, 17, and Tucker, 13. They live in Nashville, having relocated from Connecticut during the pandemic.

In 2019 she visited Zambia with her eldest son and returned in 2023 with all three of her sons, where they saw firsthand how aid provides clean water, education, and sustainable income for communities.
“The second time in 2023 we took the whole family, and we decided to sponsor three girls because we have three boys and we said, ‘Every boy needs a sister!” she said.
