Prosecutors have filed an emergency motion in the sodomy and sexual battery case of Kim Zolciak’s son Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr., Page Six can confirm.

In new court documents filed Thursday, prosecutors requested the court to order forensic interviews of “minor children.”

A forensic interview, notably, is “a neutral, developmentally and culturally appropriate conversation with a child intended to elicit detailed information about a possible event(s) that the child may have experienced or witnessed,” per the Georgia Center for Child Advocacy.

TMZ was the first to report the news, and additional details are not yet known.
