Jennifer Lopez has rock-hard abs.
Lopez, 56, proudly showed off her gym gains while working out in new selfies posted via Instagram on Sunday, April 26. The singer was rocking a white bra top featuring a waffle fabric, long sleeves and a plunging V-neck in her latest snapshots. Underneath, she wore a black sports bra.
Lopez styled her sizzling hot top with black spotted leggings, which she folded over her hips.
In one pic, Lopez posed with her hand behind her head. She pushed her caramel hair to one side of her head and gave the camera a pose. Lopez then tied her hair into a messy bun and let her ends fall over her forehead.
“💪🏾,” Lopez captioned the post. Her fans complimented her in the comments section.
“Woooooooooooow 🔥❤️,” one wrote, while a second added, “YOU LOOK STUNNING🩷✨ MY INSPIRATION FOREVA 🫶🏽✨.” Makeup artist Geori Rusev also commented, “Pure discipline. Timeless inspiration. ❤️.”
In 2023, Lopez exclusively told Us Weekly that “fitness is a very important part” of her life. “I think there’s a positive correlation between exercise and mental health,” she explained. “When you find a good balance through determination and focus, we’re naturally pushing to be the best version of ourselves.”
She also shared that the “first thing” she does in the morning is break a sweat. “I try to make good choices and balance my time,” J. Lo added of her busy schedule. “I’m always evolving and looking for things that keep me excited and motivated.”
Lopez continued, “I’m not afraid to challenge myself, so I’m open to pushing myself, which is what I’m doing right now as I rehearse for my new album, [This Is Me… Now], coming out this summer.”
