Ivanka Trump enjoyed family time over the weekend with her sister, Tiffany Trump, and her two sisters-in-law, Bettina Anderson and Lara Trump, as the foursome retreated to Camp David, Donald Trump’s 125-acre property in Maryland.

The Trump family celebrated Father’s Day at Camp David with their children, including Tiffany’s one-year-old baby, Alexander, whom she welcomed with her husband, Michael Boulos.

Out of office

The mother of one shared insight into the weekend away with an Instagram post that saw the four women on the Camp David shooting range in their best athletic attire. In one photo, Tiffany and Lara snapped a selfie on the bench, with the latter’s arm and shoulder muscles on full display.

Welcoming Bettina

In another picture, Tiffany and Ivanka sat together at mealtime and smiled for the camera, pointing to their close bond, and a third photo saw Tiffany posing on a deck with Bettina, the newest Trump family member.

The Trump family celebrated Donald Trump Jr.’s wedding to Bettina on May 21 in Florida, followed by a smaller ceremony on an island the next day. Donald Sr. was not in attendance at either event, and cited the war against Iran as the reason for his absence.

“Cabin days, campfire nights, and memories made in the woods,” Tiffany captioned the carousel of photos.

Jared’s absence

While Donald Trump and his eldest sons Donald Jr. and Eric were also in attendance at the retreat, Ivanka’s husband, Jared Kushner, was notably absent from the Father’s Day celebration. The former model addressed his absence in an emotional Instagram post documenting her weekend with family.

“Last Sunday, we gathered at Camp David with my dad, my siblings, our children and their cousins,” she began. “Grateful for another Father’s Day together.”

“Jared couldn’t be with us. But his absence was one born on purpose. And we felt his presence all the same,” Ivanka continued. “The older I get, the more I realize that family is built in both the extraordinary moments and the ordinary ones: a walk, a laugh, a story shared around the dinner table.”

“These become the memories our children carry forward. Feeling especially grateful for the fathers who love, lead, and serve through both presence and sacrifice.” Also absent at the retreat was Donald Jr.’s ex-wife and the mother of his five kids, Vanessa Trump, who is incredibly close with Ivanka.

Thoughts and prayers

Vanessa, who is currently dating golf star Tiger Woods, revealed that she was diagnosed with breast cancer in May, and has been undergoing treatment for the disease ever since.

“I’ve recently been diagnosed with breast cancer,” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “While this isn’t news anyone expects, I’m working closely with my medical team on a treatment plan.”

“I would like to thank my doctors for performing a procedure earlier this week on me,” Vanessa continued, before adding that she was “staying focused and hopeful while surrounded by the love and support of my family, my kids, and those closest to me.”

Ivanka shared her support in the comment section, writing: “Praying for your continued strength and a swift recovery. Love you mama.”
