Gwyneth Paltrow’s son, Moses Martin, made his modeling debut on Wednesday in a stunning campaign for British brand Burberry, as the 20-year-old looked just like his famous father, Chris Martin, with his sharp cheekbones and tall stature.
The college student looked right at home in the photos as he modeled a Burberry bag with the famous checked pattern, as well as a polo top and a button-up shirt. The photoshoot, titled “Escape to the Countryside”, was “inspired by the brand’s roots in the great outdoors and its history of adventure,” according to a press release.
“A road trip is a very British thing to do – getting into your car, heading out to the countryside and seeing where the day takes you,” said Chief Creative Officer Daniel Lee. “That idea of exploration has always been part of Burberry. Listening to music on a long drive becomes part of the memories you make along the way.”
The song that played over the campaign video was “For Hire”, a track written and performed by Moses’ band, People I’ve Met. The band released their debut single, “Promise”, in January, with Moses sharing that he was “so proud of this song” in a social media post.
“Endlessly grateful for the band and @noahconrad for helping to make this song so special. Hope you enjoy. Sincerely, Moses Martin,” he concluded. Aside from his work with the band, Moses has also collaborated several times with dad, Chris, who fronts the Grammy-winning group Coldplay.
Moses lent his voice to Coldplay songs like “Humankind”, and has writing credits on “All My Love”, “The Astronaut” and “Orphans”. The musician is currently studying at Brown University, and celebrated his 20th birthday in April with a special tribute from his actress mother.
“Happy 20th (!!) birthday to you @mosesmartin you are the definition of a gentleman – kind, intelligent, thoughtful and soulful,” Gwyneth wrote on social media. “It’s beyond words how incredible you are. I’m sending you a big birthday hug from the west coast. Don’t forget to check the mailbox today. I love you to bits, Mama.”

Gwyneth and Chris’ daughter, Apple Martin, is a seasoned model, having worked with brands like GapStudio, Self-Portrait and Chloé. She graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2026, and is set to star in an upcoming Nancy Meyers film which will drop in 2027.
Both Apple and Moses have weathered comments online about their inherent privilege in Hollywood and in the music industry thanks to their parents’ fame. Gwyneth hit back at the “nepo baby” label her children were given by social media users in an interview with Bustle.
“Now there’s this whole nepo baby culture, and there’s this judgment that exists around kids of famous people,” she told the publication. “But there’s nothing wrong with doing or wanting to do what your parents do.”
“Nobody rips on a kid who’s like: ‘I want to be a doctor like my dad and grandad,'” the Goop founder continued. “The truth is if you grow up in a house with a lot of artists and people making art and music, that’s what you know, the same way that if you grow up in a house with law, the discussions around the table are about the nuances of whatever particular law the parents practise.”
She added that the title was an “ugly moniker” and that she hoped Apple and Moses could pursue their dreams without judgement.
