Goldie Hawn’s daughter-in-law Meredith Hagner shared an inside look into the family’s fun beachside vacation in Italy.
The actress’ son Wyatt Russell welcomed Buddy Prine, born in 2021, and Boone Joseph, born in 2024, with his wife Meredith.
Meredith shared a sweet carousel on social media featuring the family’s fun memories of swimming in the Adriatic sea, devouring fresh seafood, and living with the true Italian mindset of la dolce vita.
The happy couple were all smiles as they shared a heartwarming selfie which included a peek of one of their children in it.
The doting mother-of-two captioned the carousel: “Just such a very nice time [in] Italy.”
Fans loved the wholesome content and flocked to the comments. One person wrote: “What a lovely life you have! Congrats.”
A second follower joked: “Legs and more legs. Haha….you are the cutest! Kisses and hugs!!!”
A third fan continued: “I mean leaving heaven is hard. Good thing you have heaven to come home to.”
The family’s fun summer
It’s been an action-packed summer for the family-of-four. The family may have recently visited Italy, but it was only one of the stops on their bucket list.
Prior to that, the family also visited Prague, Austria and Colorado back home in the States.
She previously shared another carousel featuring pictures of the couple taking a tour through the canals, visiting a theme park, and going horseback riding.
Meredith captioned the post: “Performative and idealized snippits of summer so far! Started home at our ranch in Colorado [with] lots of family time and horses and rivers and then Prague and Austria.”
She joked: “I did put a thirsty pic in there because Prague me is a whole different woman, frankly!”
Wyatt’s family
In 2016, Wyatt and Meredith romantically met on the set of Folks Hero & Funny Guy. Two years later they got engaged and they tied the knot in 2019.
The pair had a Western-themed wedding on Goldie’s property in Colorado.
After the birth of his firstborn, he shared with Entertainment Tonight what he learned about fatherhood.
He revealed: “It’s everything you didn’t know it was going to be. I think everything you hope it’s gonna be is like a mish-mash in your mind before it really happens and then after it happens, whatever happened before is almost like [it never happened].”
Wyatt gushed: “Biologically, I think it does something to your brain where you just erase half your life before you’ve lived there. And now it’s about him and your family and trying to balance everything, and time, and new, amazing problems, amazing issues to have.”
