Kim Kardashian went for the gold Sunday night.

The Skims mogul, 45, hit the Vanity Fair Oscar Party 2026 red carpet wearing a glittering Gucci gown paired with 8-inch heels and ice-blue colored contact lenses.

The shoes — stripper-loved Pleaser’s gold mirrored Flamingo-808 style ($79.95) — brought the 5-foot-2 Kardashian close to supermodel height, though fans noted she struggled to walk on the carpet.

Kardashian accessorized with 3-carat Ofira Jewels diamond ear cuffs and leaned into a dramatic beauty moment with a dark smoky eye, contoured cheekbones and a glossy nude lip.

Her hair was styled in a shoulder-length bob with a tousled wave.

The floor-length gown came straight from longtime friend Demna’s fall 2026 Gucci runway, which debuted at Milan Fashion Week last month. Model Alex Consani wore the same dress on the catwalk, though styled ankle-length and paired with gold pointed-toe pumps.

Kardashian posed with the designer outside the glitzy event Sunday, posting photos with the caption “DEMNA 4 EVER @GUCCI” on Instagram.

Kardashian is one of the annual bash’s most reliable red carpet fixtures — and one of its most talked-about. Last year, her white Balenciaga haute couture ball gown made from Tyvek earned her the nickname “Kleenex Kardashian” after fans compared the wrinkled, paper-like fabric to a fitted sheet. She later changed into a skintight croc-embossed Jean Paul Gaultier look for a second after-party.

In 2024, she kept things sleek in a sculptural white Balenciaga gown with an angular neckline, paired with Lorraine Schwartz diamond studs and black sunglasses.

Sister Kylie Jenner, who recently posed for Vanity Fair in nothing but a giant Chanel bow for the magazine’s latest cover, sizzled in black beaded Alexander McQueen at the same fête, posing with boyfriend Timothée Chalamet on the carpet.

Meanwhile, Kendall Jenner wore a pale blue Chanel gown with embroidered sequins and delicate silk mushrooms.

Away from the carpet, Kardashian has been making headlines for her budding romance with Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton. The pair went public at the Super Bowl in February and were spotted on a desert getaway in Arizona earlier this month.

The Ferrari driver was part of the Oscar buzz as “F1” — which he co-produced — was nominated for four Academy Awards, including best picture. However, he’s currently in Shanghai as he raced in the China Grand Prix earlier in the day.
