Every year, Coachella revelers make the drive to Indio, California, for the biggest musical festival of the season.
And on their cruise along Interstate 10 to the iconic Empire Polo Club, they are met with wild billboards from the latest Coachella performers to get a tease of whatâs to come once the festival officially kicks off.
With headliners like Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber and Karol G, this year had no shortage of billboards to hype up fans as they neared the Southern California desert.
From Ethel Cain invoking the devil to Major Lazerâs cheeky Ozempic joke, here are the most chaotic Coachella 2026 billboards placed en route to Indio.
Ethel Caine
Florida-raised singer Ethel Cain nailed the unhinged vibes with an eerie billboard placed en route to the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
âGo see Ethel Cain or the Devil will get you,â the 28-year-old wrote alongside a drawing of a girl carrying a scythe.
The Southern Gothic design reportedly plays on the infamous sign found along Interstate 65 that warns, âGo to church or the Devil will get you.â
CMAT
Ciara Mary-Alice Thompson, better known as CMAT, brought a little attitude with her Coachella billboard.
The Irish musician put her heritage on full display with a message in Gaelic script that read, âCoachella, donât be a b*tch,â alongside a floating mouth.
However, the 30-year-old âStay For Somethingâ singer also made sure to give the US a little nod by including a red, white, and blue color scheme.
Major Lazer
Electronic dance and DJ group Major Lazer â which is made up of Diplo, Ape Drums and Walshy Fire â kept their Coachella billboard straight to the point.
âCome shake that lil Ozempic ass Sunday 6 pm at Major Lazer,â the trio wrote in the blue bubble of a delivered iMessage.
Katseye
Unlike other 2026 Coachella performers, the global girl group Katseye commissioned two billboards along Interstate 10 â and they couldnât be more different.
The first features Mona Lisa, with acrylic nails and all, sipping on a cup of tea with her pinky up.
As for the second, it features the words âSaharaâs Gnarlyâ in green goo.
Both billboards are a nod to their two hit singles, âPinky Upâ and âGnarly,â and no doubt hyped up Katseye fans ahead of the groupâs Coachella debut on Friday night.
Addison Rae
Sheâs rolling in dough.
Addison Raeâs billboard, which went up en route to Indio ahead of her Coachella debut, features the âDiet Pepsiâ singerâs face in the center of a $1 million bill.
The billâs text, meanwhile, features the âMoney Is Everythingâ singerâs first name in blue on one side and âThe United States of Addisonâ on the other.
Of course, Rae also reminded concertgoers to see her performances on the main Coachella stage on both Saturday nights of the two-weekend festival.
Karol G
Colombian singer Karol G, who became the first Latina artist to headline Coachella when she was announced back in September, commissioned 10 billboards to help celebrate her history-making sets.
While one shows the reggaeton hitmaker relaxing on a hammock, another features a Tabasco bottle called âSpicy Latina Flavorâ that spells out the âĂnicaâ singerâs name in burning hot sauce.
Her other signs feature a woman pulling up her tank top to reveal the words âSunday Goes Latina,â while yet another shows Karol G wrapped in cords while on the phone âcalling all papasitos.â
The âProvenzaâ singer is scheduled to perform her first Coachella set on Sunday night, followed by another the following weekend.
Justin Bieber
To mark his first time headlining a set at what fans have dubbed Bieberchella, Bieber descended on Indio with a few simple billboards emblazoned with the title of his Grammy-nominated July 2025 record, âSwag,â in orange and pink.
However, it was the collaboration between the soft drink company Olipop and the flushable butt wipe brand Good Wipes that really caught everyoneâs eyes.
âJustin case your peaches get too dusty,â that billboard read in a cheeky nod to the 32-year-old âPeachesâ pop star.
Sabrina Carpenter
While not chaotic, an honorable mention includes Carpenterâs impressive series of billboards.
The first, in all red text, reads, âThis next billboard is gonna blow yourâ with the word âmindâ punched out.
Then, a little farther down the interstate, the 26-year-old âEspressoâ singer is featured sprawled across a second billboard on her belly in a dazzling silver minidress and high heels.
âShe told you sheâd come again!â the second one teases.
