There is simply no denying Elizabeth Hurley’s ‘queen of summer’ credentials.
The creator of her own swimwear line, Elizabeth Hurley Beach, the model and actress, 60, is seldom seen without one of her killer bikinis, often sharing snaps clad in swimwear from her namesake brand at whichever glamorous destination her jet-setting lifestyle takes her to.
It was no different earlier this week when the brunette bombshell was pictured battling the British heatwave by rocking a striking coral set from her bikini range.
Add an A-list je ne sais quoi to her beach-ready ensemble, Elizabeth slipped on a pair of oversized sunglasses and a cowgirl-style sunhat.
The look couldn’t have gone down better with the Austin Powers starlet’s loyal followers, including her son Damian, who proudly replied to the stunning photo of his superstar mother, writing: “The best.”
One fan replied, “So beautiful,” meanwhile, another added, “Absolutely flawless,” and we can’t help but agree. The age-defying mother-of-one beaming as she held her all-important sunscreen.
It’s a family thing
If you’re a fan of the former Gossip Girl actress, you will know her penchant for a bikini photo. However, she and her aforementioned lookalike son caused quite a stir back in 2018 when it was revealed that he is the mastermind behind a large number of his mother’s killer photos.
Appearing on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen’s After Show in 2018, Elizabeth defended the fact that her teenage son takes some of the pictures.
© InstagramWhen asked by a caller what she would say to people who hate the fact that her son takes her bikini photos, she replied: “Well, here’s the thing. He doesn’t take all my bikini photos. Some of them are professional, some of them are by my sister. If we had a camera right now, I would say, ‘Hey Andy, take my picture.’
“But if we are on holiday together, sure, he will take some pictures. He has a really good eye; he’s studying photography. It’s ridiculous to say it’s silly.”
Elizabeth Hurley has an elder sister, Kate Curran née Hurley, who is two years older than her and has remained largely out of the public spotlight.
Although Kate is just as beautiful as her famous sister and even decided to join her for one of her iconic bikini snaps.
Posing in Elizabeth’s Herefordshire garden back in 2020, the pair could have been mistaken for twins in their matching swimsuits.
“Me and my glorious sister during lockdown this summer, flying the Elizabeth Hurley Beach flag,” penned the British actress.
Adding: “When we were growing up, we were always dressed in identical clothes but in pink or blue, so we secretly still love matching.”
