Barbara Palvin and her former Disney Channel star husband, Dylan Sprouse, announced they were expecting their first child together in a surprise reveal on the red carpet at Cannes Film Festival.
The Victoria’s Secret model, 32, tied the knot with one-half of the famous Sprouse twins, 33, on 15 July 2023 in an intimate ceremony held in her home country of Hungary.
While attending the 79th installation of the film festival at Palais des Festivals, the couple showed off Barbara’s growing baby bump on the red carpet for the premiere of Histoires Parallèles.
Wearing a stunning powder-blue princess gown that pooled around her bump and fell to the floor in soft pleats and a feather hemline, the model was glowing as she gripped her husband’s arm.
Her dress featured a square neckline and sheer bell-shaped shoulders, and it cinched in under her ribcage. Barbara let her long brunette hair hang loose in soft waves and kept her makeup light for the exciting evening in France.
Her husband, who found fame on Disney shows like The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, looked dapper in a black tuxedo and matching bow tie. He excitedly placed his hands around his wife’s stomach and playfully made faces at the snapping paparazzi.

The couple’s happy news was first captured by red carpet photographers; however, they were quick to confirm their pregnancy with an adorable post on social media.
Taking to Instagram, Barbara and Dylan collaborated on a post showing the pair cuddling on a sofa in a hotel room in their premiere outfits with their hands around the bump.
© InstagramAlongside the picture of them, they added a snapshot from a scan which showed their baby making the “rock-on” sign with its fingers. The next slide showed a close-up of the model and the actor’s hands as they copied the gesture.
The pair simply added a caption that included three emojis mimicking the sign, and a flurry of famous brands and friends rushed to send their messages of congratulations.
