Comedian Carrot Top has been hospitalized.
“Mr. Thompson is recovering in the hospital and is receiving the care and support he needs,” his rep, Jami Schlicher , told TheWrap in a Friday, September 18, statement, while using the 61-year-old comedy star’s real name, Scott Thompson. “His family and those closest to him are deeply grateful for the concern, prayers and respectfully ask for privacy.”
Further details have not been publicly revealed. TMZ , which broke the news, also reported that Carrot Top’s scheduled comedy show in Las Vegas on Friday had been canceled as a result.
