Justin Bieber‘s Coachella performance was a full-circle moment in more ways than one.
The “One Time” singer returned to Indio this weekend for a continuation of his weekend one set, much of which consisted of duetting some of his original songs with his younger self as he cast them on the big screen while performing on stage.
And though he certainly fulfilled fans’ nostalgia already by singing hits like “Favorite Girl” and “That Should Be Me,” he’d have been remiss if he didn’t bring back his iconic “One Less Lonely Girl” tradition.
For the special comeback, his wife Hailey Bieber would have undoubtedly fit the bill, however she gladly passed the baton on to none other than Billie Eilish, who while she is now a superstar herself, is also heavily documented as having grown up the ultimate Bieber fan.
In a TikTok video shared by her soon-to-be sister-in-law Claudia Sulewski, who is engaged to her brother Finneas, Billie, 24, was seen absolutely overcome with emotions and brought to tears after being pushed to the stage by Hailey herself.
“Hailey is a real one for pushing her to the stage,” one fan then wrote, as others followed suit with: “Hailey pushing her onto that stage knowing she deserved that moment is so cute,” and: “Knowing a little Billie dreamed of this!” as well as: “Such a full circle moment! People forget she’s a fangirl too.”
