Amal Clooney is bringing her slinky style to Venice.
The lawyer and husband George Clooney arrived at the Venice Film Festival 2026 Wednesday, transported via boat, of course.
For his part, George â who is set to receive the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement award during the festivalâs opening ceremony â wore a polished black polo and light gray pants.
Amal, meanwhile, went for a chic new take on suiting, layering an olive green silk blazer over a monochromatic tank top and matching shorts.
The three-piece set was designed by Haider Ackermann for Tom Ford, a luxe upgrade to a typical skirt suit that showed off miles of legs.
Amal was last spotted last week in Lake Como, wearing a simple white silk slip dress while out with George at Villa Passalacqua with friends. But tomorrowâs opening ceremony is sure to be a glamorous affair for the couple.
Last year, Amal stole the show in a fuchsia vintage Jean-Louis Scherrer number that featured a high-low hem and a dramatic train. The taffeta number looked gorgeous on the red carpet at Clooneyâs âJay Kellyâ premiere.
And, at the 2024 event, the human rights lawyer stunned in two custom gowns: a light blue design from Bach Mai featuring ombre pailette fringe details and a pale yellow custom Atelier Versace creation that featured ruffle details.
With other celebs like Maggie Gyllenhaal, Claire Foy and more already spotted in The Floating City, this yearâs festival is already off to a fashionable start.
